The Jorgenson House with Taku River Reds proudly present a Winter Seafood Feast. This is an intimate, hands-on culinary experience where 14 guests will have the opportunity to prepare a six-course meal of fresh Alaska seafood with the chef and harvester and dine together, family-style at the luxurious Jorgenson House. THE CHEF & INSTRUCTOR    After cooking in restaurants and lodges early in his life, Tyson Fick had the chance to cook with some of the best chefs in the world through his work with the Alaska Seafood Marketing Institute. Now he is a full-time commercial fisherman as co-owner of Taku River Reds which provides premium seafood to chefs, markets, and on February 23, to your table. THE INN    Originally built in 1915, the historic Jorgenson House has been transformed into an elegant, boutique family-owned Bed & Breakfast and private event space located in Downtown Juneau.   Overnight packages are available including accommodations in a luxury suite with a gourmet Sunday brunch. Reservation information and details will be included with your confirmation email.
